The train trip starts at a train station near Kate’s parents – Catford Station. From there we will take the Thameslink light rail up to Kings Cross Station. We will walk across the street to St Pancreas International station where we will pre-clear immigration for France and board the Euro Star train that will go under the English Channel. We will change trains in Lille, France and hop on the France TGV train which will take us all the way Avignon France. The train we are on is capable of hitting more than 350 MPH. It normally stays around 190MPH. We will pick up a rental car, a Peugeot 2008, a small SUV. We will then head to our rented house in the French countryside, with a large olive orchard in the back yard.
